The cutting-edge microfibre molecules fill the bigger holes and tears, whilst the advanced latex forms a strong seal instantly. Our formula also contains a unique UV detection system that highlights any punctures you haven't seen during your ride. Developed with the world's top downhillers and pro peloton teams, to give you the finest tyre sealant available. It's non-corrosive, biodegradable and easily washes off with water. Compatible with tubeless ready and full UST wheels/tyres, No Puncture Hassle works from 15psi-120psi and temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. Our pouch is designed to fit your Presta valve perfectly and is ideal to add to your toolkit or ride pack for emergency top ups on the go!

  • HANDY KIT: The kit contains one 140ml pouch of Muc-Off No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant, a 15ml measuring scoop, a valve core removal tool and UV torch. The pouch is perfect for on the go and fits straight onto your Presta valve.

Directions for Use
1. Shake pouch vigorously before use.
2. Put your bike in a work stand if possible.
3. Remove the core of your Presta valve with the tool provided (if you have non-removable valve cores, simply pour or use the scoop to apply directly into your unseated tyre and remount).
4. With the valve at the 12 o’clock position, and using the non-drive side of the bike, push the pouch over the valve and rotate the valve to the 6 o’clock position.
5. Squeeze in the desired amount and fold the pouch to the desired fill line, re-insert the valve core and inflate the tyre.
6. Repeatedly spin the wheel, shake it from side to side and hey presto, you’re now ready to rock ‘n’ roll! After use, the valve core removal tool can be added to your valve so it’s always there when you need it!
7. Regularly check the amount in each tyre and simply top up as needed. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of contents/ container in accordance with local regulations.

How is my item sent?

Free delivery on all orders (Mainland UK only)

If your order is over £100 or a heavy item, it will usually be delivered by DHL Express. Our back-office systems are fully integrated with our couriers which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Small items and orders less than £100 are usually sent via Royal Mail, however you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. DHL Express and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We always endeavor to dispatch orders the same working day where possible, if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. However, any goods ordered after 4pm on Fridays or over the weekend may not be dispatched until Monday.  Upon purchase of your item, you will be presented with various delivery options which will inform you of the delivery timescales available.

How can I track my order?

 

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail/Text with a tracking number (where applicable) that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

 

What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

 

If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your package while you were out. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.

 

Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?

 

As a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address.

 

What if there is a problem with my product?

 

If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging.  For more information about returns please see the returns tab.

We do advise that you check your goods thoroughly on receipt as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.

If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as “damaged”.

 

What happens if I do not receive my goods?

If your item does not arrive in time as promised at check out, please contact us on 01325 333346 or support@msgbikegear.co.uk.

 

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for International). However, liability for goods lost in transit is borne by ourselves and in this event we will either dispatch replacement items out to you as soon as the original items are confirmed as missing or we will offer you a full refund.
