400ml Helmet Cleaner / Freshener / Deodoriser aerosol spray
- High quality solvent based aerosol combining disinfecting and air freshening properties.
- Bactericide destroys odour producing bacteria, effectively eliminating malodours at source.
- Safe on all fabrics including leather, suede and cotton.

250ml Helmet & Visor Cleaner trigger spray
- A safe cleaner for all helmets, visors and goggles that removes dirt, finger marks and streaks.

75ml Anti-Mist Spray pump bottle
- Anti Mist Spray uses anti-static technology, preventing the build up of mist and fog ensuring a clear and transparent vision under the most challenging motorcycling conditions.

Micro-fibre cloth
- Luxury micro-fibre cloths for easy cleaning, drying and polishing.
- Highly absorbent to eliminate streaks and smears and the micro-fibres work close to the surface to remove mist, dirt, spray and polish to a shine.
- Use time and again, machine washable.


Instructions for Use:

400ml Helmet Cleaner / Freshener / Deodoriser aerosol spray
- All surfaces must be clean before use and free of heavy soiling.
- Shake before use.
- Spray directly onto the area.
- Leave to dry before use.
- Repeat if necessary for strong odours.
- Remove any excess with a micro fibre cloth.

250ml Helmet & Visor Cleaner trigger spray
- Spray on the surface from close range.
- Leave the formula to work into the surface and area of soiling.
- Gently wipe with a clean micro fibre cloth for best results.

75ml Anti-Mist Spray pump bottle
- Ensure the area is clean before application.
- Shake bottle well.
- Spray a light mist of the Anti Mist Treatment onto the surface.
- The product will evaporate.
- Wipe any excess with a cloth.

Delivery & Returns

How is my item sent?

Free delivery on all orders (Mainland UK only)

If your order is over £100 or a heavy item, it will usually be delivered by DHL Express. Our back-office systems are fully integrated with our couriers which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Small items and orders less than £100 are usually sent via Royal Mail, however you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. DHL Express and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We always endeavor to dispatch orders the same working day where possible, if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. However, any goods ordered after 4pm on Fridays or over the weekend may not be dispatched until Monday.  Upon purchase of your item, you will be presented with various delivery options which will inform you of the delivery timescales available.

How can I track my order?

 

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail/Text with a tracking number (where applicable) that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

 

What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

 

If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your package while you were out. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.

 

Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?

 

As a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address.

 

What if there is a problem with my product?

 

If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging.  For more information about returns please see the returns tab.

We do advise that you check your goods thoroughly on receipt as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.

If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as “damaged”.

 

What happens if I do not receive my goods?

If your item does not arrive in time as promised at check out, please contact us on 01325 333346 or support@msgbikegear.co.uk.

 

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for International). However, liability for goods lost in transit is borne by ourselves and in this event we will either dispatch replacement items out to you as soon as the original items are confirmed as missing or we will offer you a full refund.
