A track and street performance riding boot which incorporates a newly designed upper for flexibility, the SMX-6 V2 is superbly anatomically profiled, packed with innovative features and has the latest advancements in Alpinestars performance footwear design and development. Every component on the CE certified SMX-6 V2 has been carefully designed to give riders a crucial performance edge in the form of protection innovations, improved ergonomics and comfort features.

- Newly designed boot upper incorporates innovative front, rear bellow and rear calf zones for superior levels of flexibility. The upper is constructed from microfiber for durability and abrasion resistance.

- Ergonomic last for forefoot streamlining to enable greater control of the bikes controls and for superior, wide-ranging foot profile, fit and comfort.

- Alpinestars innovative TPU lateral ankle brace protection provides a biomechanical support between lateral top calf/shin and ankle and offers improved structural integrity, protection against impact shocks, repeated abrasion resistance and flex support.

- Air vents on the heel counter and shin plate plus breathable mesh inserts (vented version only) improve comfort and reduce fatigue on short and long rides.

- High modulus TPU injected shin guard, calf protector, heel counter, shift pad, ankle brace and toe slider for improved shock protection and durability.

- Double density ankle protector on medial side layered under the upper offers protective performance in key area.

- Integrated, replaceable bi-injected TPU slider features new easy screw fixing concept for quicker and easier replacement.

- Innovative instep and Achilles accordion flex zone construction for superior comfort, extension, control and support.

- Internal insole with the shank reinforcement integrated for support to the arch area and foot protection.

- Medial side entry opening/closure system features elastic-mounted zipper with wide velcro closure for flexibility and secure fit. The aperture opening is large to promote easier entry/exit.

- Internal toe box protection is layered under the upper for durability, improved feel and performance.

- Breathable textile interior lining features anti-sliding suede reinforcement on heel area help keep foot in position while riding.

- New, removable anatomic footbed includes EVA and Lycra for performance, comfort and support.

How is my item sent?

Free delivery on all orders (Mainland UK only)

If your order is over £100 or a heavy item, it will usually be delivered by DHL Express. Our back-office systems are fully integrated with our couriers which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Small items and orders less than £100 are usually sent via Royal Mail, however you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. DHL Express and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We always endeavor to dispatch orders the same working day where possible, if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. However, any goods ordered after 4pm on Fridays or over the weekend may not be dispatched until Monday.  Upon purchase of your item, you will be presented with various delivery options which will inform you of the delivery timescales available.

How can I track my order?

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail/Text with a tracking number (where applicable) that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your package while you were out. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.

Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?

As a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address.

What if there is a problem with my product?

If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging.  For more information about returns please see the returns tab.

We do advise that you check your goods thoroughly on receipt as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.

If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as “damaged”.

What happens if I do not receive my goods?

If your item does not arrive in time as promised at check out, please contact us on 01325 333346 or support@msgbikegear.co.uk.

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for International). However, liability for goods lost in transit is borne by ourselves and in this event we will either dispatch replacement items out to you as soon as the original items are confirmed as missing or we will offer you a full refund.
