Tourstep WP are the new waterproof motorcycle ankle boots that guarantee the highest standards of TCX protection – owing to reinforcements on ankle, toe and heel – as well as versatility of use and maximum comfort when riding and walking. The waterproof T-DRY membrane makes Tourstep the best protection even in the event of rain and very cold climates, while the band and Velcro lace-up fastening system allows for quick closure and precise fit, ensuring practical and comfortable wear in any context. The Groundtrax® sole guarantees stability, grip and optimal traction on the foot pegs as well as superior comfort once off the saddle. Zplate® technology blends transverse rigidity and great longitudinal flexibility, allowing these ankle boots to combine solidity and transversal impact resistance with the ability to follow all foot movements when walking, for greatest freedom in all everyday activities. The integration of the Ortholite® insole with durable cushioning adds a higher level of comfort. Owing to their versatile look and adaptable nature, the Tourstep WP ankle boots are ideal for any type of motorcycle outing, both urban and long-distance.

How is my item sent?
Free delivery on all orders (Mainland UK only)
If your order is over £100 or a heavy item, it will usually be delivered by DHL Express. Our back-office systems are fully integrated with our couriers which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!
Small items and orders less than £100 are usually sent via Royal Mail, however you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. DHL Express and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We always endeavor to dispatch orders the same working day where possible, if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. However, any goods ordered after 4pm on Fridays or over the weekend may not be dispatched until Monday. Upon purchase of your item, you will be presented with various delivery options which will inform you of the delivery timescales available.

How can I track my order?
Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail/Text with a tracking number (where applicable) that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.
What happens if I’m out when you deliver?
If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your package while you were out. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.
Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?
As a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address.
What if there is a problem with my product?
If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging. For more information about returns please see the returns tab.
We do advise that you check your goods thoroughly on receipt as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.
If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as “damaged”.
What happens if I do not receive my goods?

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for International). However, liability for goods lost in transit is borne by ourselves and in this event we will either dispatch replacement items out to you as soon as the original items are confirmed as missing or we will offer you a full refund.
