COVID-19 Store Restrictions
We've put together some questions we've answered most frequently from you, our customers, below to hopefully address any questions you might have. If we've missed anything, please get in touch with our customer services team via the Contact Us section and we'll be more than happy to help!
We are (finally) open to customers again!
We're back as usual with a couple of slight changes:
- Only 2 customer groups are allowed in the store at one time
- Masks must be worn at all times unless medically exempt
- Hand sanitizer is provided in store - we would appreciate our customers to use it when entering the store
Of course! With the current situation we understand that not everyone will want to shop with other customers and numerous staff members around, so we are offering out-of-hours bookings for people to have a one-to-one service.
The time slots you can book are:
- 17:30 -> 18:00
- 18:00 -> 18:30
If you're looking to get a full size-up and full kit service, let us know when you book your appointment and we'll block off the hour for you to get the best service possible!

If you've ever shopped online with us, you'll only need to make one slight change to have your order placed as Click & Collect!
Simply add the gear you want to the basket, and proceed to the Checkout. When you come to choose your shipping option, simply select "Collect in Store" and we'll have your order placed to one side as soon as it's ready, for you to collect!
Your order will take between 1 - 3 working days to be ready to collect normally, but you'll receive a text message or a phone call from a member of our team when it is ready.
When you arrive, head in to our store with your Order number (received by email) and a member of our staff will fetch your order for you!
We ask that our customers wear a mask in-store unless medically unable to and sanitise your hands (hand sanitiser is provided) on entry.
We're happy for you to try on your gear in-store!
Yes of course, but we ask that you call ahead of time to let us know you're returning your item. But of course you are able to return them in store, for refund or exchange.
We would ask that wherever possible you do come to collect your order alone, but we do appreciate that if you have dependents who you cannot leave unattended that they will have to come with you.
We're currently operating on a 2 customer groups maximum at a time service - so at busy periods you may have to queue but our staff can still pop out to try and help you out!
We're open 09:00 -> 17:00 Monday to Friday, and 10:00 -> 16:00 Saturdays!
