With the recent move back into non-essential retail stores being closed until such a time that the Government sees fit to re-open, our store will be operating on a Click & Collect basis in line with Government guidance.

In line with Government restrictions, MSG Bike Gear's store will only remain open for Click & Collect orders - no standard shopping will be allowed until restrictions are lifted, hopefully in the near future!
If you've ever shopped online with us, you'll only need to make one slight change to have your order placed as Click & Collect!
Simply add the gear you want to the basket, and proceed to the Checkout. When you come to choose your shipping option, simply select "Collect in Store" and we'll have your order placed to one side as soon as it's ready, for you to collect!
Your order will take between 1 - 3 working days to be ready to collect normally, but you'll receive a text message or a phone call from a member of our team when it is ready.
When you arrive, head in to our store with your Order number (received by email) and a member of our staff will fetch your order for you!
We ask that our customers wear a mask in-store unless medically unable to and sanitise your hands (hand sanitiser is provided) on entry.
Trying on new gear or trying on alternatives if it is not quite what you're expecting is unfortunately not possible until restrictions are lifted.
Yes of course, but we ask that you call ahead of time to let us know you're returning your item. But of course you are able to return them in store, for refund or exchange.
We would ask that wherever possible you do come to collect your order alone, but we do appreciate that if you have dependants who you cannot leave unattended that they will have to come with you.
We're operating a one in, one out system in store so if another customer is collecting their order ahead of you there may be a short wait, but our staff will do everything we can to ensure you get your gear quickly.
Our weekday opening hours have not changed, but we do ask that you contact us to let us know when you're going to come and collect your gear so we can have it ready for you on arrival!
Saturdays, we do ask that you only attend the shop on an appointment basis so please contact our customer services team to book a time slot!
