The Bob Heath VEE WIPE is available in three finger/glove sizes.
The information below is supplied as a general guide to sizing only (see more information below).
OPAQUE/TRANSLUCENT = LARGE SIZE (LARGE FINGER/THICK WINTER GLOVES)
BLACK = MEDIUM SIZE (NORMAL FINGER SIZE/GENERAL PURPOSE GLOVES)
GREY = SMALL SIZE (SMALL FINGERS/LADIES/THIN SUMMER GLOVES)
With improved design for greater comfort supplied complete with securing band to attach to your glove.
Recommended for use in fog, rain or snow showers, the Vee Wipe will give clearer vision in an instant simply by wiping the blade across the front of your visor . It really does help to give you a far safer and easier riding experience whilst riding in wet and hazardous conditions.
Made in England from the best material available it is supple and does not require any pre-warming prior to fitting.
The Vee Wipe is supplied with a securing band which can be black or red in colour , this band is looped through the end of the Vee Wipe as shown in the large pictures then it can be looped around the wrist of your glove when in use or storage.
Please beware of cheap imitations which are made from very poor and inferior rigid materials which are uncomfortable to use ( warming or immersing in hot water prior to use is required ).
Additional sizing guidance
This sizing information is intended as a guide only. Please be aware that we don’t all have the same size hands or fingers and not all sizes/brands of gloves are manufactured with exactly the same dimensions, insulation or protection so some consideration of this fact may need to be considered when selecting the size required.
Ideally the Vee Wipe should fit tight enough on the gloved finger for it to stay in position in use but not so tight that it is uncomfortable to wear for long periods of riding.
A person who wears what could be considered as an average size 9 glove may find that with thin summer riding gloves (without any insulation/padding) for use in warm/hot conditions the small size Vee Wipe may be best suited on these gloves. On general-purpose gloves (with more padding than warm weather gloves) they may find the medium size best but with heavily padded winter gloves (used in cold conditions) the large size may be the best option. So, if you ride with different gloves in different conditions, you may find that for the best fit you may need more than one size of Vee Wipe. We do offer twin size packs if required.
If you have a smaller or larger gloves/hands than what would be considered as an average size you may need to consider this when choosing which size Vee Wipe to purchase.
There is only a 2-3mm inner diameter size difference from size to size of Vee Wipe.

How is my item sent?
Free delivery on all orders (Mainland UK only)
If your order is over £100 or a heavy item, it will usually be delivered by DHL Express. Our back-office systems are fully integrated with our couriers which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!
Small items and orders less than £100 are usually sent via Royal Mail, however you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. DHL Express and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We always endeavor to dispatch orders the same working day where possible, if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. However, any goods ordered after 4pm on Fridays or over the weekend may not be dispatched until Monday. Upon purchase of your item, you will be presented with various delivery options which will inform you of the delivery timescales available.

How can I track my order?
Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail/Text with a tracking number (where applicable) that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.
What happens if I’m out when you deliver?
If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your package while you were out. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.
Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?
As a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address.
What if there is a problem with my product?
If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging. For more information about returns please see the returns tab.
We do advise that you check your goods thoroughly on receipt as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.
If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as “damaged”.
What happens if I do not receive my goods?

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for International). However, liability for goods lost in transit is borne by ourselves and in this event we will either dispatch replacement items out to you as soon as the original items are confirmed as missing or we will offer you a full refund.
