Design
The J-Cruise 3 boasts a sporty, sophisticated shell design ideal for premium touring. The helmet features three distinctive upper air intakes and a top air outlet, enhancing the design's flow from front to rear and creating a cohesive look. The ribs around the visor bases not only add to the aesthetic but also improve impact absorption. Compared to previous models, the J-Cruise 3 offers a more refined and sporty appearance.

Interior
The interior combines moisture-absorbent, quick-drying material with soft raised fabric, ensuring optimal comfort. The upper part of the cheeks and forehead, where sweat accumulates, are covered with quick-drying material, while areas prone to rubbing use soft fabric. The lower cheek pads are reinforced with durable, leather-like material for added longevity. The centre pad includes a pocket system for adjustable fitting.

Visor System
The CJ-2 visor provides a clear field of vision with minimal distortion and is specifically designed for open-face helmets. A rib at the bottom edge prevents wind ingress and increases visor rigidity. The secure visor locking mechanism ensures the visor stays closed, with an easy release system for convenience. Airtight window beading prevents water and wind from entering the helmet.

Sun Visor
The QSV-2 inner sun visor meets high optical performance standards, comparable to EN1836, the European standard for sunglasses. It features an anti-fog coating and can be easily operated using a durable wire mechanism. The PINLOCK® EVO lens is available as an option to prevent fogging in challenging conditions.

Ventilation
Enhanced ventilation performance is achieved through improved upper air intake and top air outlet designs, tested in SHOEI’s wind tunnel facility. The three air intake holes are strategically placed for maximum efficiency, increasing airflow by about 70% compared to the J-Cruise II.

Communication System
Like the NEOTEC3 and GT-Air, the J-Cruise 3 is compatible with SHOEI COMLINK. The helmet is designed to seamlessly integrate the SENA® SRL3 communication system without compromising its design.

Chinstrap
The new micro ratchet chinstrap is more compact and lightweight than its predecessor, improving comfort around the throat. Made from durable stainless steel, the buckle locks securely and can be easily operated even with gloves on. The high-strength, high-elasticity fibre used in the chinstrap ensures it is both slim and strong.

Delivery & Returns

How is my item sent?

Free delivery on all orders (Mainland UK only)

If your order is over £100 or a heavy item, it will usually be delivered by DHL Express. Our back-office systems are fully integrated with our couriers which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Small items and orders less than £100 are usually sent via Royal Mail, however you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. DHL Express and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We always endeavor to dispatch orders the same working day where possible, if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. However, any goods ordered after 4pm on Fridays or over the weekend may not be dispatched until Monday.  Upon purchase of your item, you will be presented with various delivery options which will inform you of the delivery timescales available.

How can I track my order?

 

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail/Text with a tracking number (where applicable) that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

 

What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

 

If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your package while you were out. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.

 

Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?

 

As a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address.

 

What if there is a problem with my product?

 

If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging.  For more information about returns please see the returns tab.

We do advise that you check your goods thoroughly on receipt as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.

If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as “damaged”.

 

What happens if I do not receive my goods?

If your item does not arrive in time as promised at check out, please contact us on 01325 333346 or support@msgbikegear.co.uk.

 

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for International). However, liability for goods lost in transit is borne by ourselves and in this event we will either dispatch replacement items out to you as soon as the original items are confirmed as missing or we will offer you a full refund.
