The AA CE-approved Spada Urbanik jacket is the ideal textile motorcycle jacket for the commuter. It is made from a high-density abrasion-resistant fabric with additional Ballistic material on the shoulders. Our Urbanik jacket comes with an ergonomic five-piece armour kit as standard.
The breathable waterproof membrane in the Urbanik minimises water entry risk into the jacket, and the breathable nature of this waterproof membrane allows for extra breathability, letting water vapour escape from within the jacket and keeping your base layers dry as you ride. Water is also kept from entering the jacket thanks to a large rain channel.
The are plenty of external waterproof pockets and three internal pockets ideal for storing those valuable items.
The Spada Urbanik jacket has good ventilation with two large vented mesh panels on the upper chest. These have been strategically placed to help with airflow into the jacket and are held open by magnets. Also on the jacket are bi-directional arm vents found on the forearm, which open up to create a large vented area to allow stale air to escape and good fresh air to filter into the jacket.
Comfort and style are essential for Spada Urbanik jacket, and with this, the jacket contains BriteNite elements for good visibility for those night rides. The soft feel neoprene dual constructed comfort collar reducing any irritation that may occur from other materials. Your jacket’s fit is also essential, and there are a series of adjustment points, arms, waist, collar and cuffs. The adjustment points feature a hook and loop system, particularly important if you remove the thermal lining and need to tighten these areas quickly to make the jacket fit snuggly again.

Delivery & Returns

How is my item sent?

Free delivery on all orders (Mainland UK only)

If your order is over £100 or a heavy item, it will usually be delivered by DHL Express. Our back-office systems are fully integrated with our couriers which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Small items and orders less than £100 are usually sent via Royal Mail, however you will have the option to upgrade the delivery service if you wish. DHL Express and Royal Mail make daily collections from our warehouse in the UK.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

We always endeavor to dispatch orders the same working day where possible, if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. However, any goods ordered after 4pm on Fridays or over the weekend may not be dispatched until Monday.  Upon purchase of your item, you will be presented with various delivery options which will inform you of the delivery timescales available.

How can I track my order?

 

Once your item is dispatched you will receive an e-mail/Text with a tracking number (where applicable) that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

 

What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

 

If you are unable to be home when we deliver the courier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your package while you were out. You can then either collect your items from your local depot, whose address will be on the card, or alternatively you can contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.

 

Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?

 

As a security measure to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we will only dispatch items to the address where your credit/debit card is registered or if paying via PayPal to your PayPal registered address.

 

What if there is a problem with my product?

 

If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund any time up to 30 days after you have received the goods providing the goods are unused and still have their original packaging.  For more information about returns please see the returns tab.

We do advise that you check your goods thoroughly on receipt as you are signing to say that you received them in good condition.

If you notice any damage on the package or if you think it has been mishandled always sign as “damaged”.

 

What happens if I do not receive my goods?

If your item does not arrive in time as promised at check out, please contact us on 01325 333346 or support@msgbikegear.co.uk.

 

In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, they cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for International). However, liability for goods lost in transit is borne by ourselves and in this event we will either dispatch replacement items out to you as soon as the original items are confirmed as missing or we will offer you a full refund.
